Strongman Coach [email protected] Started CrossFit at Torque Athletics in the spring of 2012. Competed in a few CrossFit competitions before making the switch to Strongman in the summer of 2013. Won his first Novice competition at DE Strongest forcing him into the HW division in the open. He went on to win his first open in the summer of 2014 which qualified him for North American Strongman Nationals under the guidance of, then and current, mentor Andy Sedar. During that time he was also Power-lifting and competing under Tone Barbaccio and Jersey Iron Powerlifting during the year of 2014, competing in several meets including RPS and IPA.
