- Drink more water (before/during/after)
- Bring a towel (for during the workout and after so you don't soak your car with sweat)
- Listen/Know your body (during this time of year, there is more of a chance to become overheated more quickly, so make sure you are taking extra rest time, drinking more water, and being smart)

- Keep a set of spare clothes
As you take these necessary precautions, please continue to help keep the gym clean and make sure you wipe up your workout area/items after use.
