Eastern Shore Affiliate Challenge (ESAC 8) - This event is co-hosted by CrossFit Sweat Angel and CrossFit Equity, and will be held in Camden, DE @ CrossFit Sweat Angel. MEMBERS ONLY EVENT. $35 T-shirt included. Due to this event, the GYM WILL BE CLOSED. If you have any questions, please ask a coach. Saturday, July 26th 8am-12pm. Come join us in some friendly competition among your fellow members at CrossFit Equity. This is a great opportunity if you have never done a competition, but want to know how it will feel, or even a great time to practice movements for the upcoming ESAC competition. There will be 3 individual workouts with both a Scaled and Rx Division. You will find the workouts below. This event is for Members ONLY and is FREE. Anyone is welcome to come and watch the Equity group throwdown. We should be done by 12:00 PM. There will be NO barbell club or team workout. Information can be found at the link below. Team Nutrition Challenge Need to register at the gym before July 5th. Starting the week of the July 8th there will be some changes coming to Equity Barbell Club.
First, there will be a posted workout for anyone that wants to drop in for the day. There will still be a goal for the programming in the long run but this will allow for others to give it a shot and see how they like it. This means that whatever the workout is for that day you are doing that workout. Unlike the programming in the past where you had to follow a specific schedule, this will allow much more flexibility. Second, is the return of Jared to coaching on Thursdays. |
